Success for our project: Third place at the ITEC Cares Award!

by Stefanie Sieber

Our "Girls for STEM - FIRST LEGO League" project was awarded third place in the "Social Commitment" category at the ITEC Cares Award of the IT Executive Club e.V.. Kristina Hagen accepted the award on February 22 at the Grand Elysée Hotel Hamburg. A big thank you to the IT-Executive Club e.V., our prize sponsor Martin Krill from HAGER Executive Consulting GmbH and all other supporters.

FIRST LEGO League provides an ideal platform to get children and young people excited about STEM subjects and develop their skills through independent hands-on projects and intrinsic learning. Participants apply technology and develop independent thinking and teamwork. Through competitions and exhibitions, we connect participants not only regionally but also internationally.

We are particularly proud of the "FIRST LEGO League in the classroom" format, which specifically promotes girls' interest in STEM subjects. The future belongs to the curious and creative. Let's work together to live this conviction and realize our goals.
