German schools: Apply as „STEM friendly school”

To appreciate the successful work done at German schools in the STEM area, partners of the initiative "MINT Zukunft schaffen" (STEM provide future) honour schools with STEM focus. The joined brand "STEM friendly school" stands under the patronage of the “Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany”. Benefit for a honoured school: profiling in the mathematics and science subjects, networking with partner companies and STEM Ambassadors, strengthening STEM subjects, show schools projects regionally and nationally, recognition for work done in the STEM area. Applications (from German schools only) will be accepted until 31 May 2016 under www.mintzukunftschaffen.de/auszeichnung.html.
