Our 2025 General Assembly took place on June 17 – an important moment for exchange, reflection, and strategic decisions. Alongside a review of the past fiscal year and planning for the year ahead, one project in particular stood out: Shaping the Future Together.

As part of this association-wide process, we collected and developed ideas, perspectives, and goals. The results were presented at the assembly and officially adopted as the new mission statement of the association – a major step to guide and further develop our work over the long term.

A New Chapter in Board Leadership

The General Assembly also marked the beginning of a new leadership phase: Three long-standing board members – Armin Gardeia, Marco Gross, and Daniel Marburger – stepped down after many years of dedicated service. We sincerely thank them for their time, ideas, and tremendous commitment to our association!

Our new board is composed as follows:

Chair: Jakub Stribny

Deputy Chair: Fabian Schmidtchen

Additional Board Members: Irmgard Rothkirch and Thomas Madeya

The ten-member head office team continues to be led by Susanne Voigt and Stefanie Sieber. We look forward to working together in this new constellation and to jointly tackling upcoming challenges and opportunities.
