What defines our association and drives us forward
HANDS on TECHNOLOGY e.V. is driven by committed individuals: our volunteer board, the Leipzig office with full-time staff, and members who support our work both ideologically and actively. Since 2002, we have been inspiring children and young people with the STEM education program FIRST LEGO League, fostering creativity, teamwork, and independent thinking.
We believe: Enthusiasm for science and technology develops early, when children can explore, experiment, and create on their own. That is why we provide learning environments where curiosity grows, creativity is encouraged, and teamwork matters.
Our motivation: to empower young people for a future in which technical understanding, responsibility, and collaboration make the difference.
Our Board
The volunteer board, together with the management team, is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring its non-profit status, and further developing our programs. It works closely with the office staff and members.
Do you have questions about the organization or would like to contact the board? Interested in becoming a member? Feel free to send us an email: vorstand@hands-on-technology.org.
